How a rental works, start to finish
Booking a unit in La Presa is a short conversation: you tell us what the job is, how long it runs and where a truck can reach, and we tell you which unit fits and when it lands. For a home project we usually set a standard porta potty in the driveway or side yard the morning work begins, service it on a regular route while the job runs, and pull it once you are done.
There is no online cart and no forms to fill out here; a single call sets the whole thing up. If a project stretches longer than planned, we simply extend the rental and keep the service going, so you are never left scrambling mid-remodel.
Servicing through the East County heat
The valleys east of the reservoir run hot and dry from late spring into fall, and a unit parked in a La Presa driveway feels every degree of it. We add deodorizer and tighten the pump-out schedule through the summer so a restroom never turns sour between visits, and on a Santa Ana wind day we make sure a lighter unit is staked against the gusts that funnel down these slopes.
Where a unit fits in a packed neighborhood
Lots here sit shoulder to shoulder, so placement takes a little thought. We look for a flat driveway slab, a wide side yard or a corner of the property where the door swings clear and the truck can still reach for service. For a quinceanera or a big backyard party we set the unit where guests find it easily but it stays out of the photos, then add a handwashing station by the food and, for a larger crowd, an ADA accessible unit so everyone is covered.
Give us the address and a note on the gate or the slope and we will have the placement sorted before the truck leaves the yard.
