The unit that fits the job
For a home addition or a re-roof, a standard porta potty in the driveway is what the crew expects, paired with a handwashing station so nobody tracks through the house. When a family is hosting a graduation or a quinceanera, we set a clean deluxe flushing unit where guests reach it easily and add an ADA accessible unit so older relatives are comfortable.
For a bigger block celebration, a couple of standard units plus a handwashing station by the food keeps the lines short, and every unit is self-contained so nothing waits on plumbing to go live.
Fitting units on a compact city lot
Lots in Mountain View sit close together on a grid of narrow streets, so placement takes a moment's thought. We look for a flat driveway slab or a wide side yard where the door swings clear and the service truck can still reach, and we keep a party unit out of the sight lines from the gathering. On a block party we place units at the quiet end of the closed street rather than the middle of the action.
